About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven e-commerce manager to join our team. The person will lead our
e-commerce operations and strategy and be a crucial team member in driving organisational
growth in domestic and international ecommerce platforms. For this, he/she will manage our
online store, optimise sales funnels, and work closely with various departments to ensure an
exceptional online shopping experience.

Job Description
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the
customer experience.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product
listings, pricing, promotions, pricing, order fulfilment, tracking returns and inventory
management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and
IT to ensure smooth e-commerce processes and listing of entire product portfolio.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion
rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and
social media, to drive traffic and sales.
- Optimising the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality,
and mobile responsiveness.
- Managing relationships market place partners / e-commerce platform like Flipkart,
Amazon, Clicktec, Moglix, Industry buy etc.
- Analysing sales performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for
improvement.
- Market and Category Analysis (Competitors analysis, market trends, Price Benchmarking)
- New Partner registration (India and Global)
- Coordinate with various teams for Backend testing and onboarding new ecommerce partners
- Manage and create individual and bulk listing of new products on the e-commerce portals.
